Our Story
The Messianic Jewish Alliance of Israel (MJAI) was established over 30 years ago to unite and strengthen the Body of Messiah in Israel.
There have been Jewish believers in Yeshua living in the Land of Israel even before the founding of the State of Israel in 1948. Since that time there have been a number of forms of association of fellow Jewish believers, one of which was in the 1950s and then again in the 1970s led principally by the late Menachem Ben Chaim who served for a period of time as the general secretary of the International Messianic Jewish Alliance (IMJA). Those involved in MJAI over the decades have been active in different congregations in Israel and pioneers in their respective spheres of service making significant contributions to the Body of Messiah.
Our Mission and Vision
MJAI exists to unite, build up, and serve the Body of Messiah in Israel. We focus on three core areas:
Unity Creating opportunities for believers to come together in worship and fellowship.
Support Helping individuals and families in need while empowering believers to grow in their callings.
Worship Raising a unique, unified sound of worship from Israel to the nations.
We are committed to fostering a testimony of Yeshua that reaches beyond borders and generations.
The Hadadit Fund: Our Legacy of Service
For more than three decades, MJAI has been privileged to serve the Messianic Jewish community in Israel with faithfulness and vision. Through national gatherings that unite believers, support for congregations and ministries, the creation of worship music, and compassionate care for those in need through the Hadadit Fund, we have witnessed God's faithfulness at work. As we continue this mission, our desire is to strengthen the Body of Messiah in Israel, inspire the next generation, and proclaim the hope of Yeshua to Israel and the nations.
A Word from our Executive Director
As you well know during the last three years Israel has had to fight a war that was forced upon us to ensure our survival. We are very aware that this is first and foremost a spiritual onslaught on God’s purposes and plans for our People, Land and ultimately for all those who have taken shelter “under the wings of the God of Israel”.
Building up the Messianic Body in Israel
We are confident in our God’s faithfulness to His promises. During these troublesome times we pray that by God’s grace we can continue to contribute to the unity, the building up and strengthening of the Messianic Body in Israel and so increase our combined testimony to Yeshua the Messiah. We seek His guidance and provision as we desire to add to what has already been done.
We are grateful to our Heavenly Father for His enabling grace!
